Before you perform
this exercise its essential to warm up properly in order to avoid
causing any injuries. To do this you first need to run a washcloth
under hot water and wrap it around the penis and testicles for two
or three minutes until the heat wears off. Once this happens you
need to reheat it again with hot water and repeat the process three
to five times. The last thing you need to do before you start is
apply baby oil or any other lubricant to the entire penis.
To perform the
Jelq exercise you first need to gain a partial erection and grasp
the bottom of your penis with your forefinger and thumb in a circle.
Its important to have a tight grip because you need to trap the
blood held inside the penis and ensure that none escapes. Then you
need to slowly slide toward the end of your penis and force the
blood forward.
As you reach
the end of your penis with one hand you need to use your other hand
and wrap your forefinger and thumb around the bottom and perform
the same routine as before. Each stroke should be performed slowly
for about two seconds and followed up with the same motion with
the other hand.
This exercise
should be performed for twenty to thirty minutes everyday and should
consist of about three hundred strokes. When you first start you
will probably notice small red marks or light bruising on the head
of the penis. This is normal and it will subside after the first
five to ten days as your penis becomes used to the continuous exercise.
Just remember
that you are not trying to hurt yourself so take it slow at first
and gradually work your way up, just like you would when exercising
any other part of the body. You need to keep performing the Jelq
exercise everyday for at least two months in order to maximise the
effects. Depending on how often you perform the exercise, you should
be able to add one to three inches to the length of your penis and
also increase the girth as well.
After two months
you should continue to perform the exercise at least a few times
a week in order to maintain the size and strength, but if you want
to keep increasing the length and girth of your penis you can keep
doing it everyday until you have achieved your goal. Every man is
