As you reach the end of your penis with one hand you need to use your other hand and wrap your forefinger and thumb around the bottom and perform the same routine as before. Each stroke should be performed slowly for about two seconds and followed up with the same motion with the other hand.

This exercise should be performed for twenty to thirty minutes everyday and should consist of about three hundred strokes. When you first start you will probably notice small red marks or light bruising on the head of the penis. This is normal and it will subside after the first five to ten days as your penis becomes used to the continuous exercise.

Just remember that you are not trying to hurt yourself so take it slow at first and gradually work your way up, just like you would when exercising any other part of the body. You need to keep performing the Jelq exercise everyday for at least two months in order to maximise the effects. Depending on how often you perform the exercise, you should be able to add one to three inches to the length of your penis and also increase the girth as well.

After two months you should continue to perform the exercise at least a few times a week in order to maintain the size and strength, but if you want to keep increasing the length and girth of your penis you can keep doing it everyday until you have achieved your goal.
