Once you have
located your PC muscle you should start out by tightening and loosening
it until you have completed twenty flexes and hold the last one

The next step
is to perform forty flexes and then rest for a few minutes. Repeat

want to start doing four sets of one hundred continuous flexes with

should aim to work your way up to four sets of three hundred flexes
everyday.
As you progress
with your training you can add different variations of the exercise
to your daily routine. One variation involves tightening and loosening
it in small portions or increments. All you have to do is slowly
tighten your PC muscle, hold it, then tighten it a bit more, hold
it again, and then tighten it all the way you can and hold this
position for thirty seconds. Then you can reverse what you have
just done by loosening and holding.
The great thing
about this exercise is that you don't need any special equipment
or even any privacy which allows you to perform it anywhere. So
