Premature Ejaculation
One of the most
common problems that men have during sexual intercourse is premature
ejaculation which is defined as the inability to control or delay

The first thing
you need to know is that there is a specific muscle in the body
called the "pubococcygeus" or PC muscle for short and
it surrounds the bladder openings and controls urine flow. A strong
and healthy PC muscle will allow you to control when you ejaculate

There are a
few simple exercises that you can use to train and enhance the PC
muscle which are very easy to do and they only take a few minutes
to perform. Because the PC muscle is not visible to the naked eye
you can perform these exercises anywhere without other people knowing

To exercise
the PC muscle you need to start out by tightening and loosening
it until you have completed twenty flexes and hold the last one
for ten seconds. This may be hard at first if you have never exercised
this muscle before but it will gradually get stronger over time
and you will be able to increase the intensity of your exercise
routine over the next few weeks.
The aim is to
slowly work your way up to performing four sets of three hundred
continuous flexes everyday with a few minutes rest in between. This
will not be possible to do immediately, but if you are determined
and you stick to your routine you will be able to have strong erections
